Saturday 14th June 2025 Calling all dessert lovers!

Embark on an exquisite 5-course dessert degustation, meticulously crafted by our Executive Chef Brad Myers.

Join us for a delightful culinary experience as Chef Myers guides you through the layers and intricacies of each course, showcasing his expert craftsmanship in every bite.

2 sessions (4pm and 6pm) Please allow 2 hours for your booking Due to the nature of the specialty menu dietary restrictions will not be able to be met. $100 Per Person

Goats curd cheesecake, heirloom beetroot, pistachio praline

 Passion fruit delice, elderflower anglaise, vanilla tuille

Lychee Granita, coconut icecream, mint, guava marshmallows
